Environmental protection
Caring for the environment is an integral part of the Company's corporate culture and ensures its sustainable development.
To prevent possible negative impacts, we undertake obligations and take all necessary actions to ensure environmental protection, conservation and restoration of natural resources, including continuous improvement of production processes and working conditions for the Company's employees and partners.
The main areas of Our activities in the field of environmental protection are:
- development and implementation of measures to reduce pollutant inputs into the environment
- Ensuring investment in fixed capital for environmental protection
- application of the best available technologies that ensure effective solution of environmental protection and ecological safety issues, reduction of energy and resource intensity, as well as recycling and neutralization of production and consumption waste
- utilization of advanced domestic and foreign experience in solving environmental problems
- Improvement of the training system for managers and specialists in the field of environmental protection and environmental safety of the Company
- Support of social and environmental events and projects implemented in the areas of the Company's presence
All employees of the Company have a respectful and responsible attitude towards the environment, which is extremely important for it and the local community, the safety of the employees themselves and the continued success of our operations. This allows us to maintain ecological balance by protecting the ecosystem in the regions where the Company operates.
Industrial safety
The Company has adopted and is implementing an Industrial Safety Policy aimed at ensuring that the vital interests of the individual and society are highly protected from accidents at hazardous production facilities and the consequences of these accidents.
No considerations of an economic, technical or other nature can be taken into account if they contradict the need to ensure the safety of employees of the Company, employees of contractors, visitors and the public.
The main directions of the Company's Policy in the field of industrial safety:
- recognition of the fact that industrial safety management is among the main priorities of the Company's management and employees,
- the establishment of uniform requirements for the organization of work in the field of industrial safety,
- taking into account world experience, ensuring the continuous functioning and improvement of the industrial safety management system,
- the creation and implementation of an effective production control system for compliance with industrial safety requirements in operated
industrial facilities, - the desire to achieve employees understand that meeting the requirements of industrial safety is an integral part of their work,
- striving to achieve the lowest possible risk of accidents in relation to the current state of development of science and technology,
- the development of international cooperation and partnership in the field of industrial safety.

Occupational health and safety
We recognize that the Company's operations involve risks that may result in adverse occupational health impacts and affect the safety of employees and contractors.
